Keeping our in-house services at top level has always been OneClick’s main goal when it comes to suspension and the customer. 

At shop, our crew use only special tools, the best service and performance parts, plus add 15 years of experience and a deep database from countless hours of testing – it’s all strive to a goal to provide the customer a quality level of service, the best personalized setups, a full works modifications or personalized factory kit suspensions that are coming directly from our shop.

With all that in mind, most often we offer following in-house services:

– Regular Service and Rebuild (to keep your suspension fresh, up to date and perform as its designed from the factory) – recommended after every 20-30 hrs;
– Revalve Services and Racing Modifications (to personalize your suspension according to specific skills, tracks or serious racing needs);
– Factory Kit Suspensions (for serious racers and customers who demand maximum performance for rough conditions).

Motorcycle suspension’s overall performance depends A LOT from good quality regular maintenance with proper intervals. Keeping your suspension fresh is critical to have it perform at top level.

We provide the customer a quality level of regular service. Fork and shock components are completely disassembled, inspected, thoroughly cleaned and measured for wear or damage. All wear parts will be replaced. Other suspension parts or internal components will be checked and replaced if they are at or out of service limits. Fatigued valving (for forks: both in the base valve and mid-speed valve, for shocks: both in compression and rebound stacks) is replaced in existing or stock configurations.

For servicing, we use proper tools only. New fork/shock seals and in/out bushings will be used with every service (no exceptions!). We use only OEM-quality seals and bushings. Components are reassembled with using the best low friction oils and lubricants. Please allow 1-2 days for suspension service.

For customers looking for an edge or with specific skills or serious racing abilities, we always suggest a personalized setup. Every rider is unique in height, weight, riding style, ability level, terrain ridden and desired performance. Correct setting, accurate spring rates or any other additional modifications are chosen for the customer that is unique to the application.

With our revalve service, we completely personalize forks and shock to the customer’s application. As the first step, it is critical to have accurate spring rates to match with customer’s bike and weight. For many cases, this is the most effective and easiest modification for safe and accurate setup. At the same time, we’ll make performance product recommendations to fit your budget and performance expectations.

Each customer’s suspension component is personalized to their skill and talent level, based upon our experience and extensive testing results. Therefore, depending on customer’s application, correct main springs, pressure springs, polished fork and shock tubes, high-flow pistons, updated valve settings, large volume nitrogen reservoirs or any other performance modifications will be used for fork and shock revalve that significantly outperform the OEM product.

– Includes regular service, personalized setup, updated valve settings, fork and shock tube polishing, testing with our technician. 
– Springs and other applicable performance parts not included. VAT not included.
 
We’ll give a performance guarantee for every customer’s individualized setting and every in-house modification that we do. It means that we change internal settings at no extra charge based on testing results and special needs.

For serious racers and customers who demand more in performance, we offer exclusive Factory Kit Suspension from WP, KYB, Showa and Öhlins.

Factory Kit Suspension is technologically the most advanced and closest to factory suspension available today developed by engineers and race teams from each factory. They are specifically designed and tested to make sure they guarantee the best possible performance for specific conditions. Better and more consistent performance, smoother feeling, no fading and more reliability are the advantages with having these suspensions.

WP, KYB, Showa and Öhlins Factory developed front forks feature 48mm or 49mm DLC coated inner tubes and Kashima coated outer tubes, works spring seats, works oil lock collars, factory pistons and personalized settings for each customer’s applications. 

46mm or 50mm rear shock have Kashima coated body with 16mm or 18mm DLC coated shock shaft, works bump rubber, larger nitrogen reservoir, inclusive preload adjuster and personalized settings for each customer’s applications. Additionally, WP shocks are equipped with Trax system for better traction and Öhlins TTX Flow shocks utilize double cylinder system which gives a shock excellent pressure balance and separates compression and rebound circuits for more precise clicker adjustments!
